Overview
Just as the outcome of a training depends upon how audience centric the program has been, the successful implementation of a training greatly depends upon the facilitation. A standard training facilitation incorporates captivating verbal and non-verbal communication of facilitator, effective listening, handing queries of participants, finishing on time, and incorporation of cultural considerations during delivery.
