The program was geared towards achieving key business goals in the foreseeable future. Over a period of two months, 190 of Banglalink’s Senior Zonal Managers, Zonal Managers, and Territory Officers, distributed across 7 batches, embarked on this transformative journey. The program encompassed everything from the development of tailored training modules to the conclusion with a certification ceremony, ensuring a comprehensive developmental approach.

The project saw a close collaboration between the ECDL team and Banglalink’s Top Management, Talent Development team, and Sales Capability team. This synergy was crucial in curating the training modules. The leadership teams at Banglalink, including Heads of Departments, field leadership, and top management, engaged in an intensive brainstorming session during a workshop to design these modules. Furthermore, a significant effort was made in producing custom Audio Visuals for the training, with two full days dedicated to shooting, thereby enhancing the training experience.

We have consciously planned and managed the execution of the logistics for Transformers training program. We started with a well aligned plan and successfully coordinated the transportation of 190 participants from Tiger’s Den (Banglalink’s head office), to BCDM Savar batch by batch for the seven batches. We ensured a comfortable two-days and one-night stay at BCDM Savar, taking care of all necessary accommodations and food requirements. Moreover, we arranged the training venue keeping in mind the key aspects of this program and with a goal of providing an ideal learning environment to the trainees. Additionally, we organized seven engaging cultural programs for each batch, including securing venues and artists, to enrich the training experience with cultural vibrancy.
