Intijamul Islam is a Certified Learning and Development Professional, facilitator, training designer and project manager with strong experience in designing and delivering practical learning interventions for corporate, development and multi-stakeholder settings. He currently serves as Assistant General Manager, Training & Development, Consultancy and Business Development at Enroute International Limited, where he works across training design, facilitation, project management, client engagement and learning program delivery. Mr. Islam has developed more than 150 customized training contents, including presentations, case studies, exercises, games and adult-learning tools. He has facilitated, co-facilitated and organized more than 200 training programs for multinational companies, local organizations and development-sector clients. His areas of experience include leadership development, team effectiveness, communication, sales excellence, customer service, business presentation, email writing, stakeholder engagement and capacity-building for frontline and managerial teams. He has been involved in several relevant learning and organizational development initiatives. As Project Manager and Deputy Team Leader of the ILO-ISEC Tourism Sector Initiative, he facilitated workshops with hotel and restaurant owners' associations in Cox's Bazar on decent work practices, climate-smart tourism, responsible business conduct and improved labor standards. He also contributed to strategic workshops on destination development, climate-smart solutions and destination branding, working with experts, ILO teams, tourism stakeholders, local committees and community actors. These experiences strengthened his ability to facilitate learning in complex, sensitive and multi-stakeholder environments. His corporate training experience includes the TRANSFORMER Sales Leadership Development Program for Banglalink, engaging 190 senior zonal managers, zonal managers and territory officers across seven batches. He also facilitated Sales Excellence Training for LIPTON Teas and Infusions, professional communication sessions such as "Mastering the Art of Email Writing," and internal capability-building sessions on MS PowerPoint. In addition, he has supported leadership and management development initiatives for organizations including bKash, JTI, Berger Paints and Abul Khair Group. For the Mid-Level Managers Training, Mr. Islam will bring a practical, participatory and experience-based facilitation approach. His strength lies in translating leadership and communication concepts into engaging exercises, workplace reflection and actionable learning for managers who are expected to lead teams, manage performance, communicate clearly and maintain motivation during periods of organizational change.
