Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

To place a refund, return, or exchange request for an order placed with ECDL, please contact us via email at training@enroute.com.bd or by phone at +8801767804408.

Please have your order number available and provide a clear reason for your request to help us process your refund quickly. Your request will be reviewed within a standard response period of two (2) days. We will notify you of the results via email. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to extend the response period with prior notice to you.

For payments made through Direct Debit, refund requests can only be processed after a six (6) week period from the payment date. This time is required for your bank to complete the settlement process. ECDL will review and respond to refund requests only after this six-week period has ended.

Refund, return, or exchange requests are accepted up to thirty (30) days from the date the order was placed with ECDL. In special cases or for certain products, ECDL may extend this period at its discretion.

If you choose to pay by check or money order, you may cancel your order before making the payment. If payment is not received within thirty (30) days, ECDL will automatically cancel the order.

You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed.

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved by ECDL, payments will be refunded according to the original payment method as follows:

Credit or Debit Card payments will be refunded within one (1) business day.

Wire Transfer and Check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days. The transfer cost will be borne by the end user.

PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day.

Other payment methods will be refunded within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
