The adults have a distinctive way of learning things. They come with unique expertise, knowledge and experiences, and as such, they are often hard nuts to crack in the training session. This is the reason it is important to integrate standard andragogy tools in designing any training program. This module is designed with the integration and use of standard andragogy elements in training content.
By the end of this training, the participants will be able to
