Overview
The adults have a distinctive way of learning things. They come with unique expertise, knowledge and experiences, and as such, they are often hard nuts to crack in the training session. This is the reason it is important to integrate standard andragogy tools in designing any training program. This module is designed with the integration and use of standard andragogy elements in training content.
Objective
By the end of this training, the participants will be able to
- Design integrated games, exercises, case studies, group activities, simulations and polls as learning tools for training content.
- Define the use cases of each of these learning tools in educating the participants.
